The TKHP8HS is an 8kg heat pump dryer in titanium, sized to match a standard 8kg washing machine so a full wash transfers across in one load. Heat pump machines recirculate their air internally instead of venting it, which means no hose, no external wall and the freedom to site it in a cupboard or an internal utility room.

The lower drum temperature is the characteristic worth explaining. A heat pump dryer works at a cooler temperature than a vented or condenser machine, which takes longer per cycle but is easier on cottons, wool and anything with elastane in it. Customers who have shrunk jumpers in a conventional dryer tend to notice the difference first.

Sensor drying is the other practical feature. Rather than running a set time, the machine measures the moisture remaining in the load and stops when it reaches the dryness you selected, which prevents over-drying and keeps part-loads short. A 30 minute quick dry sits alongside for small urgent items, and Winter Guard allows the machine to operate in cold spaces such as a garage.
